Seret Studios is a group of New York City based, full service production facilities, which offer 3 million square feet (and counting) of unique architectural sites for film, television, video and photo shoots. These sites include large indoor film studio spaces and sound stages for production sets (with qualifications for NY State tax incentives), event spaces for fashion shows, performance and private events, and interior and exterior views of historic buildings, and extraordinary perspectives of the Manhattan skyline and the Brooklyn, Manhattan and Williamsburg Bridges.

Greenpoint Terminal Market / Warehouse is one of the largest and most unique New York filming location and sound stages. This historic site includes approximately 1 million square feet of space over a 6 block area of indoor and outdoor locations for filming and studios.
Dumbo, NYC
The area has emerged as one of New York City's premier art districts, with a cluster of for-profit art galleries as well as performance spaces. Our Dumbo filming locations are incredibly varied and all benefit from the historic character of the neighborhood.
New Haven, CT
New Haven is full of numerous theatres and production houses, including the Yale Repertory Theatre, the Long Wharf Theatre, and the Shubert Theatre. Our filming location is conveniently located just off the I95 highway and includes 250,000 square feet of space.
